Transactions are made as safe as possible as all payment card details are 128-bit encrypted using SSL security technology. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology is a protocol for web browsers and servers which allows the authentication and encryption of links and data between networked computers. Essentially, it means sensitive information is encrypted so that only the intended recipient can access it.
Card payments will be subject to fraud prevention. Verified by Visa and MasterCard, SecureCode are implemented on our site and you may be required to sign up to this service during the checkout process if you are not yet registered.
Buying From Us
All prices listed include VAT and FREE delivery for orders over £25. A surcharge may apply for remote areas, please see our remote delivery charges for more details.
All prices are subject to change and withdrawal without notice. We will not be held responsible for any price errors. If in the case that an item is purchased at an incorrect price we will contact you to provide the correct price, give you the option to re-order or cancel with a full refund.
We reserve the right to remove, alter or modify voucher codes at our discretion without prior notice.
If you do not want to pay for your goods online simply call our Sales Team on 0330 002 0229. We're more than happy to process your order and take your card details over the phone.
If the delivery address is different from the invoice address we may require a copy of a recent utility bill and another form of identification for the prevention of fraud for both parties.
Your Order
Once you place an order with us you'll receive an email order confirmation straight away. This does not constitute legal acceptance of your order as we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund if the order does not comply with any of our policies.
Small Item Orders - If the item is in stock and the order is placed before 1pm it will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. You will recieve a dispatch notification on the day of purchase.
Orders placed after 1pm will usually be sent the following day. This will be confirmed with a dispatch notification email.
For weekend transactions, smaller items would be sent on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)
Large Item Orders - A member of our sales team will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends) We will notify you of stock availability and an expected delivery date.
All orders are subject to availability while stocks last. You would be informed of any extended lead times beyond 7 days shortly after purchase. You will be offered the option to wait until the item is back in stock, choose an alternative item or we will issue a complete refund.
If you cancel your order prior to dispatch your payment card will be refunded in full. The refund will be completed within 24 hours. However, this may take up to 3-5 working days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.
