‘Free Zone’ technology provides extra cooking flexibility. You have the option to join zones to create a huge 200mm x 400mm rectangular cooking zone, or use individually as 4 square cooking zones.
This superior hob also features a barbeque and teppanyaki function which is ideal for those who enjoy experimenting with their cuisine.
Barbeque Function: Food is cooked over longer periods of time (2-20 hrs) at 180 °C for tasty, tender results.
Teppan Yaki Function: Dishes are heated to around 230°C. Cooking with such intense heat reduces cooking times significantly and enures the food retains it flavour and texture.
