To use the crisp plate just place it in the microwave for 2 minutes to pre-heat then load it up with your ingredients and then pop it back in the microwave for 12 minutes and voila! Jamie Oliver used the dynamic crisp function to whip up a beautiful plate of chicken and roasted veg and all in 14 minutes. That's less than half the time it would take in a standard oven.
