iivela IVMFOTCK Multifunctional Single Oven.

This stylish, black glass oven, edged in a striking stainless steel surround has been awarded an excellent A energy rating. It has a large 80L capacity making it the ideal built in, single oven choice for families and a great choice for any modern kitchen.

The IVMFOTCK iivela built in single oven is a delight to use. Simply turn one of the silver front mounted control knobs to select your desired temperature setting and the other to choose between one of the ten oven functions on offer. There is also a central touch control 24H white LED timer panel which allows you to set the clock, programme the cooking duration or set a delayed start timer for the oven.

Complete with soft close hinges the oven door will always close quietly and safely. There are plenty of functions to choose from to ensure no matter what you’re cooking, you will have the right setting for the job in hand. Oven settings include;

• Top & Bottom Element - Heats the oven conventionally using both the top and bottom elements with no fan circulation.
• Bottom Element- The oven is heated from the bottom element with no fan circulation.
• Top Element - The oven is heated from the top element with no fan circulation.
• Grill - Grill dishes on the grill plate, ideal for melting cheese or creating a crispy top to a dish.
• Defrost - Ensures all frozen food can be thawed quickly and delicately thanks to the internal fan.
• Fan Assist & Top Element - The oven is heated from the top element with fan circulation inside the cavity.
• Fan Assist & Bottom Element - The oven is heated from the bottom whilst the fan provides a more even heat distribution around the cavity. Perfect for baking pastries, pies and fruit cakes.
• Fan Grill - Evenly distributes heat around the cavity whilst in grilling mode. Prevents food from drying out during grilling.
• Fan Oven - A central heating element at the back of the cavity plus top & bottom elements and the fan ensure heat is evenly distributed inside the oven, without cold spot areas. This makes it possible to cook several items of food at the same time.
• Light - This function switches on the light inside the cavity, ideal for extra visibility during cleaning.

iivela IV60INDTC Touch Control Induction Hob.

Cook with extreme efficiency with this 4 zone, touch control, induction hob by iivela. The IV60INDTC features four cooking zones with 9 levels of power. The touch controls allow you to easily adjust the heat level within the four zones, gentle heating for milk based sauces or intense heat for cooking a stir fry can be controlled with ease and precision.

Induction hobs are really safe to use. Induction technology uses magnetism to transfer the heat meaning heat only transfers to magnetic items that are in contact with the surface. This ingenious technology heats up the pan rather than the entire cooking surface so you can cook safely and efficiently without the need to worry about spillages burning onto the hob surface. This iivela induction hob also features a child lock, residual heat indicators and will automatically switch off if accidentally left on.

The surface of the IV60INDTC iivela induction hob is minimalist in aesthetic and due to the ceramic top being flat it wipes clean with minimal effort.

iivela IVPB60AG Angled Black Glass Hood.

The iivela IVTCAGH90 90cm Black Glass Hood is sleek, modern and super stylish. It is easily operated via the front mounted touch controls. With 3 speed options on offer and a 5- layer aluminium grease filter, no matter what you're cooking you can rest assured any cooking odours and steam will be successfully extracted from the room. To ensure the extractor continues to perform efficiently the aluminium filters should be cleaned periodically, these can cleaned easily by hand.

This black glass hood also features two 1.5W LED lamps which effectively illuminate the hob surface below during cooking.

The iivela IVTCAGH90 is capable of running as a recirculating hood or it can be ducted to an outside wall. Ducting out is the most efficient extraction method as steam and odours are removed from the room via a ducting hose and expelled outside. If you cannot duct to an outside you also have the option of purchasing a carbon filter which will allow you to run the IVTCAGH90 in re-circulation mode.

There are also fabulous iivela touch control angled black glass hoods available in 60cm,70cm and 90cm widths.

As a relatively new player within the appliance industry the iivela product range is, at present, quite small.
