This delightful concoction isn't just a tasty way to start your day, it’s packed with ingredients renowned for their ability to provide a much-needed boost. It's super simple to make and will keep hunger at bay thanks to the oats which slowly release energy throughout the morning.
Oats, bananas, and peanuts are all natural and delicious sources of magnesium, a mineral that is essential for healthy muscles, bones and blood sugar levels. So, get ready to energize your day the healthy and delicious way!
Peanut Butter & Oat Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 200ml Oat Milk or Coconut Milk
- 1 Large Banana
- 20g Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Rolled Oats
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of allspice
- Drop of vanilla essence
- Handful of Ice Cubes
Method:
- Blitz all the ingredients in a blender, serve immediately.

Use frozen bananas! Chop up into bite size pieces then add to a freezer bag. When you fancy a smoothie, add frozen banana chunks, there’s no need to defrost!
